After being picked, fruits and vegetables release ethylene gas, which promotes aging.  We conducted a test to see whether Freshmama was able to preserve freshness of delicate vegetables such as spinach.

A test was conducted under refrigeration at 6 degrees Celsius for 11 days. 

Control

Control group for both spinach and parsley shows discoloration, rotting, shrunk leaves and softness.  Taste is not good.

Freshmama

Spinach and parsley wrapped with Freshmama appears and tastes very good even after 11 days.  Discoloration is minimal.  Leaves appear healthy and stronger.
